New procedures

We have redefined our activity without losing the personalized service that characterizes us for fifteen years. We are prepared and ready to offer a safe environment for our guests’ relaxation as well as a protected work environment for our employees and co-workers.

Los Cauquenes decided to certify with the worldwide recognized international company, TÜV NORD GROUP, which is more than a hundred and fifty years old and has more than fourteen thousand employees in seventy countries, and is one of the largest Certification, Inspection and Testing entities in the world.

The implemented protocols follow the actual regulations in Argentina, the IRAM EDP 3820:2020 standard and other recommendations issued by internationally recognized organizations, such as the WHO (World Health Organization) or the OPS (Pan-American Health Organization), and also the recommendations from other similar institutions.

The process includes remote audit, on-site audit, online training and certification.

We have considered regulations in every area, such as new service protocols and some infrastructure changes. Although we have gone through a difficult time with the hotel being closed, the owners of Los Cauquenes Resort & Spa & Experienceshaven’t hesitated in making the necessary investments to reach the opening of a hundred percent Safe and Clean hotel.
