The Cauquenes Resort & Spa and sustainable tourism
The Cauquenes Resort & Spa in Ushuaia has started the process to shortly obtain the international certification of sustainable tourism BIOSPHERE HOTEL, granted by the Institute for Responsible Tourism (ITR).
The hallmark of sustainable management of RTIs BIOSPHERE HOTEL recognizes the efforts of the hotels that have made their commitment to sustainable tourism the axis and center of their operation and are therefore examples of hotel establishments which are responsible for the social, cultural and environmental impact that their operation has on the area.
